For the person who signs the sustainability report

Circular impact:
if it is not on the record, it did not happen.

Circular impact is the measured difference between the material that entered a programme and what left it as product, plus the record that explains that difference. It is calculated per batch, not as a portfolio estimate.

01 · Anatomy of the record

Seven fields. No invented numbers.

Each batch is documented through its chain of custody. These are the seven fields and what each one carries.

Record template — not a client batch
01
Recovery
Date and site of collection. MoU covering collection frequency, material types and exclusion thresholds.
02
Weight
Weighed on site and labelled with a batch ID. Exclusions are logged, not discarded silently.
03
Classification
Material grade. Unsuitable material is documented and separated.
04
Processing
Process losses logged and explained.
05
Manufacturing facility allocation
Node assigned. Manufacturing facility onboarding, training and audit records available under NDA.
06
Production
Documented quality control per batch.
07
Final output
Units delivered, downloadable per-batch impact report (waste diverted, CO₂ avoided, local employment) and Digital Product Passport.

REZET Hub is the digital layer that organises these fields: documented provenance, chain-of-custody records, per-batch data and all the downloadable evidence attached to it.

Three sentences you can write

  • "In [period], [quantity] of [material] generated at [site] were recovered under documented chain of custody (batch [ID]) and transformed into [units] products."
  • "Process loss on batch [ID] was [quantity], logged and explained in the batch report. Unsuitable material was separated and not counted as transformed."
  • "Avoided emissions for batch [ID] were calculated against a [landfill / virgin material] reference scenario from measured weight, material type and transport data, and are reported as avoided emissions on a separate line from the Scope 3 Category 5 inventory."
02 · Report lines

Scope 3, Category 5. ESRS E5. With the batch attached.

Every field in the record has a destination in your report. This is the mapping.

GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD and TNFD can be fed from the same fields: they are the names of frameworks, not seals. Export is by batch or by period.

03 · Verification

There is no seal. There is a record you can review.

The data stays accessible to sustainability, procurement and auditors. Manufacturing facility onboarding, training and audit records are available to enterprise clients under NDA. Where applicable, we work with facilities that hold relevant production or ethical certifications.

Regulators and stakeholders increasingly expect sustainability claims to be specific and supportable. A record per batch is the shortest route to meeting that expectation.

People

Social impact also has a denominator.

These manufacturing facilities sit half idle, out-competed by offshore production. Every programme puts them back to work — and that is real money and skilled hands, not goodwill. Local employment is a data line in the per-batch pack, not a headline.

Claims follow the data. Never the reverse.
Impact simulation

Simulate the record of your first batch.

Tell us the material, approximate quantity and location. We send back what the record of your first batch would look like: fields, method, exclusions and the report line it feeds — before you commit to scale.
