05 · Outcome

We upcycled 118 backpacks — equal to 72.8 m² of mixed textiles — that had broken zippers, detached handles, split side seams, torn pockets, and holes. These backpacks had originally been part of the corporate kit given to employees, and we transformed them into new pouches with a second life. We also repurposed 47 m² of banner material — the equivalent of 27 banners — and turned them into pouches as well.
